Parent company of Wax Social

Social and PR
with a founder's
sense of taste.

OG Media is a quiet, opinionated media house for beauty, wellness, franchise, and service-based brands. We build the story, run the channels, and earn the press — so founders can focus on the work that built the brand in the first place.

01 — Positioning

A media house, not a content factory.

Most agencies treat social and PR as a deliverables list. We treat them as the public face of a real business — with its own voice, its own customers, and its own reasons to exist. Everything we make is built to sound like the founder, not like the algorithm.

Editorial first

Strategy, copy, and creative are written by people who care about how a brand reads — not just how it performs.

Built for service brands

We understand bookings, locations, franchisees, beauty rooms, and the operational reality behind the marketing.

Owned and earned

Social, PR, and creator partnerships work as one channel — feeding each other instead of competing for budget.

02 — Services

Everything a modern beauty
or service brand needs to be heard.

03 — Why OG Media

Senior thinking. Small footprint.
No agency theater.

We bring value through experience, operational judgment, and the kind of steady thinking founders can actually use. We're the partner founders quietly recommend to other founders — because the work is good, the relationship is honest, and nothing about it feels generic.

  • Capability — not headcount

You work directly with senior strategists and operators. No junior layers, no account-management theater.

  • Beauty & service fluency

We've lived in this category. We know how a treatment room talks, how a franchise scales, and what "premium" actually means here.

  • Channels that work together

Social, PR, content, and founder voice are designed as one system — not stitched together from separate vendors.

  • Built for the long game

We're in it to compound. Brand equity, owned audience, durable press relationships — not a single viral moment.

04 — Capabilities

What we're built to do.

A working snapshot of what OG Media and Wax Social regularly handle for partners. Specific case studies are shared on request.

Brand launches

Naming, narrative, social rollout, and press launch in coordinated motion.

Always-on social

Calendars, content production, copy, community management, and reporting.

Press & editorial

Securing trade and consumer coverage in beauty, wellness, and lifestyle media.

Creator programs

Recurring creator pipelines built around brand fit, not follower count.

Multi-location rollouts

Brand systems for franchises and groups with multiple owners and rooms.

Founder positioning

Helping a founder become the most credible voice in their own category.

05 — Process

How we actually work.

  1. 01

    Listen

We spend time with the founder, the team, the customers, and the category. Strategy starts with information, not templates.

  2. 02

    Position

We get specific about the story, the voice, the audience, and the channels that matter for this brand right now.

  3. 03

    Build

Content, calendars, press angles, creator briefs, and the operational systems behind them. Real work, not just decks.

  4. 04

    Run

We run social, PR, and partnerships on an ongoing basis — reporting in plain language, not vanity dashboards.

  5. 05

    Compound

Every quarter the brand should sound sharper, get covered more, and rely less on paid lift. That's the whole goal.

06 — Industries

Who we're built for.

Beauty

Skincare, hair, lashes, brows, nails, spa, aesthetic clinics, indie brands, and growing product lines.

Wellness

Studios, recovery, longevity, holistic practices, supplements, and modern wellness experiences.

Franchises & multi-location

Beauty and service franchises balancing a national brand with the realities of local ownership.

Service-based brands

Founder-led service businesses where reputation, referrals, and presence drive growth.

07 — A note from the founder

"I built OG Media for the brands
I'd want to work with as a customer."

Wax Social was born from helping my own network — founders, operators, and service businesses who needed support but didn't need big-box media. Once I saw the value it created, I wanted to make that kind of help available to more businesses like them.

Small businesses run our economy, and they deserve media partners that feel serious, practical, and attainable. OG Media is the parent behind that work: the strategy, the standards, and the point of view that help good businesses show up with more confidence.
